The Village of Cache Creek accepts applications for permissive property tax exemptions from eligible organizations in accordance with Council policy and applicable provincial legislation.
Applications must be complete and received by the annual deadline established. This changes from year to year, but is typically at the beginning of September. Late applications, incomplete submissions, or applications missing required financial documentation will not be considered.
All applications are reviewed by Council in accordance with the authority granted under the Community Charter.
