The Public Works yard is located at 1501 Quartz Road in Cache Creek.
Public Works hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities under Public Works

Public Works is responsible for: 

  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Storm (open ditches/storm mains/catch basins)
  • Streets and Roads (street maintenance and sweeping/street lights/snow & ice removal/ signage/sidewalks/Todd Road bridge/Christmas lighting)
  • Garbage Collection (Commercial and Residential collection)
  • City Building Maintenance (Municipal Office/Community Hall/Fire Hall/Public Works Office/Info Centre)
  • City Equipment Fleet
  • Airport
